This Membership Terms & Conditions Agreement (the Agreement) is effective July 01, 2023 by and between Servant’s Heart Services (SHS), the owners and operators of Servant’s Heart Services, LLC and How to be a People Person When You’re Not Actually a People Person (HTBAPP) course, (hereinafter referred to as “HTBAPP Course, SHS, we”), accessed via www.ServantsHeartBusiness.com with a business address of PO Box 921 Douglasville, GA 30133, and all current and future members of SHS hereinafter referred to as “Member, you, your”.
By accessing, browsing or using the https://servantsheartbusiness.com/courses/how-to-become-a-people-person/ website or by selecting I Accept during the membership registration, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Membership Terms hereinafter referred to as Agreement.
Nature of the Service
The site is a private course focused on equipping and educating members on the importance and use of interpersonal skills in the workplace. It specifically addresses those with workplace anxiety and or discomfort with social interactions in the workplace through training modules and best practices. The HTBAPP course shall include recorded videos and downloads from SHS for educational purposes. The HTBAPP course works like a pre-recorded webinar or online training for internet users.
User Registration and Information
Member shall fill in the correct information requested in the User Registration form on the site. Member shall be required to promptly update the User Information on the site. Member shall select a username and password during the User Registration process. Member shall be responsible for: a) all use of the Site made by the Member’s username and password, and b) maintaining the confidentiality of the Member’s username and password.
Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Membership and access to training modules is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews every 12 months starting from the date of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew after 12 months unless you cancel your subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.
Please note the following details of paid yearly subscriptions:
- Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually. The subscription renewal will continue and remain valid indefinitely unless the subscription is canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page on the https://servantsheartbusiness.com/courses/how-to-become-a-people-person/ website.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will lose all access to current and future training effectively immediately after cancellation.
Your subscription renewal rate will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your membership remains active.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal rate is lower than the current listed price for your membership level, the lower monthly renewal rate may no longer be available to you.
If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your membership has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your selected membership level. We may not apply older or legacy pricing to your new subscription purchase.
If you choose to cancel your subscription your paid membership will expire immediately, and you will lose access to any benefits exclusive to paid memberships.
Price Changes
SHS and or HTBAPP Course reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a membership subscription without prior notice or consent. Prices of all membership levels are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Refund Policy
Paid memberships provide immediate access to exclusive content and amenities and as such are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time from your Account dashboard.
Release
All content is meant for informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for medical, mental health or behavioral advice/guidance. If You act on or adhere to the information provided and encounter undesirable results and or altercations, you release SHS/HTBAPP(and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such undesirable results and or altercations.
SHS/HTBAPP may occasionally send you emails about your membership purchase and related events. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to events, promotions, and program updates. We will never sell or release your email to any third-party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
Privacy
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent. We will store and process your information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. However, SHS/HTBAPP will be permitted to access and modify Member information.
Indemnity
Member shall indemnify and hold SHS/HTBAPP (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s breach of this Agreement, or Member’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Arbitration.
Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Limitation of Liability
Member shall not hold SHS/HTBAPP responsible for another user Member’s content, actions or inactions.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
