Hey there, I’m Chassidy. I’ll tell you more about the company in a second, but first, a bit more about me. 

I conceptualized Servant’s Heart Services (Servant’s Heart, SHS) in 2015 to support small- to mid-sized business owners with their backend operations, to help them feel less overwhelmed as they scale and grow. I learned I had a knack for this work while serving as an administrative assistant at my local church.

As a non-denominational organization, the church (which I’ve attended and served in for almost 20 years now) has faced the same struggles many startups encounter, such as unpredictable income, a small staff, and limited bandwidth.

Over the years, I gained a deep understanding of what it means to work on big goals with limited resources, time, and energy. I’ve carried that knowledge to every job, project, and professional opportunity I’ve helped lay organizational groundwork in since.

It gives me great joy to partner with clients as a trusted, dependable pillar of support as they build their organizations, careers, ministries, or businesses from the ground up. 

That’s because I’m motivated to help people bring their ideas from fruition to finished by offering innovative thinking beyond simple task completion to support their business growth. I have nearly 15 years of executive administrative experience, specializing in business services, digital marketing, and ministry operations, and industry experience with nonprofits, marketing agencies, and higher education.

Since 2012, I’ve witnessed how great ideas often wither away due to idle hands, paralysis from looming workloads, or simply not knowing where to start. I believe a part of my work in the world is to help those hands move again. 

Aside from work, I have a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Print Journalism (2008), a Master’s degree in Practical Theology, with an emphasis on Christian Education (2024), and am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Educational Ministry.

If you asked me to describe myself in an elevator pitch, I might say I’m a trailblazing introvert, an older millennial with baby-boomer tendencies, and someone who always appreciates a good joke. Then again, I may freeze upon hearing the question, forgetting everything I’ve ever known besides the elevator floor I plan to escape from 😄.

But I digress…

I’m a Christ Ambassador who enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, writing, searching for bakeries, and binge-watching on streaming services I vow to stop paying for but never do.

So that’s me.
